Jessica Corbin has been pioneering the field of Energetic Literacy since 2012, integrating heart rate variability (HRV) science with somatic practice, behavior change, and leadership strategy. With a unique background spanning athletics, media, and human potential, she has dedicated her life to innovating life-centered technologies and practices accessible to all.


A former All-American athlete and Division I competitor at UCLA, Jessica transitioned from high-performance sports to media, producing and hosting for networks like CNN and ABC’s The View. Her exploration into nervous system optimization and stress resilience led her to found SORCE, a human energy platform addressing the
$1 trillion global burnout crisis through HRV technology, coaching, and education.

Jessica has been recognized as a Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center Milestone Maker and is part of StartUp Health’s portfolio. Whether in a yoga room or a boardroom, she remains committed to living, leading, and building in harmony with the logic of life.
